Keep in mind that bullying is a repeated and deliberate act with intent to humiliate or injure the victim in some way. The aggressor in bullying situations is stronger or dominant over the victim. Disciplinary action will be taken in all confirmed bullying cases. Teachers will also be notified. At times, bullying complaints are found to be conflicts where both parties are involved in bothering each other and are put off limits from one another. The Bullying Assessment flow chart below is a tool used in helping identify bullying.
